How it works

From measuring to delivery in four steps, all in one portal.

Measure or configure
Take a photo of the facade with your phone; windows are detected and sizes estimated. Or build the window yourself: series, layout, colour, glass and hardware. You see the drawing, 3D and price immediately.

Quotation in your branding
Your purchase price is fixed. You set your margin per project or per window. The quotation carries your logo and colour and goes to your customer with one link, who approves online.

Production at Habitat One
After approval we prepare the final drawings with the final price. You approve them with one tick, then the windows go into production.

Delivery and invoicing
The planned delivery date is in your calendar. Invoices are created automatically: 50% deposit on approval, 50% on delivery, from us to you and from you to your customer.

Tilt & turn, casement, sliding, lift & slide, bi-fold, doors and fixed glass. Centre-line sizes, free layouts, glass, hardware and panels per field.

Photo measuring

Phone photo: windows are detected and sizes estimated. Millimetre accuracy with the measuring card on the glass; photos stay with the window.

Your margin, your price

Fixed purchase price from Habitat One. You set your margin per project or per window, or a fixed selling price.

Quotations and approval online

Quotation with your logo and colour, shareable link, customer accepts with name and tick. Same for the final drawing.

Own production and quality

Thermally broken aluminium, produced under Habitat One. We take care of quality, transport and delivery.

Invoicing on autopilot

50% deposit on approval, 50% on delivery. Invoices for you and for your customer, with the open balance in view.

Tilt & turn system without screen, 82 mm, 1.8 mm walls, BERNI hardware. Concealed screen optional.

Double inward-opening with integrated screen, 107 mm, BERNI 180° hardware.

Habitat One W94

Double inward-opening with integrated screen, 94 mm, 2.0 mm walls, HOPO hardware. The factory supplies this series with triple glazing as standard.

Heavy-duty sliding door, 130 mm, Baogao handle with concealed lock, raised track with concealed drainage. Three-track with screen and lift mechanism optional.

Habitat One D125

Panoramic sliding door, 125 mm, sashes up to 3000 × 2000 mm, openings up to 4000 × 6500 mm. No integrated screen; roller screen door optional.

Habitat One F

Ultra-narrow sliding door for interior or covered use: 8 mm single tempered glass, 1.2 mm profile, one to three tracks, top-hung possible. No fixed fields.

Habitat One D77

Bi-fold door, 77 mm, panels up to 1000 × 3000 mm, Kesenberg lock, 1.6 mm (option 2.0 mm) walls. Opens 100%.

Habitat One D81

Door series D81, 81 mm deep, 90 mm leaf, HOPO double-sided lock as standard. Folding screen optional.

Habitat One D122

Door series D122, 124 mm deep, screen door included in the leaf price, lock of your choice (HOPO, Aosim, Noto or smart). Low-threshold version available.

Habitat One E

Ultra-narrow interior swing door: 8 mm single tempered glass (clear or frosted), 2.0 mm profile, 2D hinges, skin-feel colours. Priced per m² incl. single or double wrap.
